Limitations

  • Supported VR Platforms: Our VR experiences are developed exclusively for widely accessible standalone VR headsets to ensure broad compatibility and optimal performance. For a current list of supported VR headsets, please contact us directly.
  • Client Eligibility: We provide services solely to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Projects from large corporations or enterprises exceeding specified thresholds in annual revenue, employee count, or project scope will not be accepted. This allows us to maintain personalized attention and manageable project sizes.
  • Content Restrictions: We do not create VR experiences that involve violence, drug use, pornography, or any other controversial or mature themes. All projects undergo content review, and proposals not meeting these ethical standards will be declined.
  • Intellectual Property Restrictions: We do not accept requests involving concepts, environments, or characters restricted or protected by intellectual property rights. Such proposals will be declined.

Refund Policy

Hybroht is committed to delivering high-quality, timely service. If we fail to meet the agreed-upon deadline or any of the other refund conditions, you are entitled to a full refund. To initiate a refund request, please contact us at our business email.

Refund Process:
